At Heyoka Vibe, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at heyokavibe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we will provide you with return instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
